Think of your Personal Trainer as your tutor, your motivator and your spotter. After an in-depth consultation on your current lifestyle, and assessment of your fitness levels, your trainer will create an exercise plan for you to stick to each time you visit the gym. They will monitor your technique, challenge you to push yourself and educate you on how best to use the equipment in order to maximise results.
